This pack contains a set of recipes for healthy, easy-to-cook Indian dishes and drinks.

There are also activities which allow students to learn about the geography, history and culture of India, thus putting the recipes into an interesting context and demonstrating cross-curricular links.

Each recipe contains information relating to the ingredients and utensils used in the preparation of the dishes.

The relevant Licence to Cook skills are indicated in each recipe
Health and Safety issues are highlighted where appropriate.
Opportunities for further research are indicated in the text.
